What's the difference between rewards & benefits?
Rewards
Rewards are peer-to-peer recognition and appreciation acknowledgements between you and your colleagues (more details below).
Benefits
Benefits are offers & discounts on a wide range of schemes, from tech savings to supermarket discounts and much more (more details below)

What's an ECard?
This is how you can give kudos to a colleague.
You can send (& receive) thanks for a job well done, wish a happy birthday & and much more.
Recommend someone for a Premier People Award via our core values ECard found from the card selection.
Simply search their name and select an ECard from the list!
What's a reward card?
If you have received a Premier People Award for outstanding work, this is where you'll find it.
A Premier People award will come with a gift card that you can redeem for retail vouchers via the 'Lifestyle' tab > instant discounts.
NOTE: you must be registered on the platform to receive a reward.
If you are not registered, you will not be able to receive any cash rewards or kudos.

Premier People Perks offers a more comprehensive range of benefits than our old platform.
You'll find some internal company schemes plus a number of external offerings.

The lifestyle benefits also includes 10 vehicle related savings - including breakdown cover, car park discounts and a free MOT for you or your family members!

Salary Schemes Explained
You are eligible to apply for the following salary sacrifice schemes available via the ‘benefits’ tab.
You can apply to spread the cost of these expenses over 12 months by opting for monthly salary deductions.
Once you submit your application, your request will be sent to Payroll for authorisation. Once authorised, you will receive an email containing a voucher for your chosen scheme for instant use with the retailer.
Payroll will also make the required deductions from your monthly pay which will also be reflected in your payslip.
If your application is rejected, it's likely because your deductions will take you below National Minimum Wage, so please be conscious that you are entering into a financial agreement that will still need to be honoured if you were to leave Premier's employment during your contract period.
*Please note there is a 14 day cooling off period for the tech scheme so there will be a delay when you receive your voucher. If you would like to waive this cooling off period - you can email [email protected] with your application details only AFTER your application has been authorised by Payroll.
Vouchers for other schemes should be sent to you within 2-3 days of authorisation.
